Prices Shown on this web site are exclusive to on-line orders only.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Postal & Packing charges
ALL items are sent with proof of posting within the UK
Our Postal & Packing charges are based on the weight of the goods you have purchased, within the size band specified by Royal Mail. We reserve the right to change the method of shipping if, when packed the package exceeds the maximun size permitted for that catagory.

UK postal charges are 2nd class with proof of posting.
· For goods with a weight of less than 750g and a packing size less than 600mm x 450mm x450mm Postal & Packing charges are £3.25
· For goods with a weight over 750g or larger than 600mm x 450mm x 450mm. Carriage is based on the weight of the parcel, or the maximum permitted size allowed by Royal Mail.
For anything over 2kg and up to 20kg the cost is based on Royal Mail Standard Parcels cost.

International Orders.
We can only ship to a country allowed at check out.
All orders require a signature on delivery.
Up to 2kg and a max size of Length plus Depth plus Width of 90cm we ship via Royal Mail International signed for.
For a value above £36 we will charge an additional £3.50 for extra compensation.
We reserve the right to change the method of shipping if the final package exceeds the maximum permitted.
Above 2kg and above the size limitation we ship via Global Priority.
Above a value of £150 and up to £500 we will charge for compensation at the rate of £12.00/£500 via Global proirity.

The current charges will be displayed at checkout online. (compensation charge may be extra).

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order right away, however we do not offer a next day guaranteed service.
Please note that first class post does not guarantee next day delivery.
Royal mail do not consider an item to be missing until after 15 working days from posting.
Changing postal method will not speed up delivery.
We will normally send your order to you in within 14 business days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock or likely to be unavailable within our delivery terms, we will not back order for you unless you specifically ask us to.
We reserve the right to ship part orders. If a substantial part of your order is not available we will email you.
We will refund any over payment via PAYPAL at the time of shipping.

You have the right to cancel within 7 working days after the day you take receipt of goods. You must notify us within this time that you wish to cancel. You are required to return the goods unopened and unused and in the same condition as supplied at your own cost within 7 days. For clarification if the packaging has been opened or batteries inserted this is considered use. We will subtract the cost of carriage and handling charges from your refund.
